His career spans companies of all sizes — from early-stage ventures to publicly traded enterprises — and includes deep experience as a Co-Founder, capital raiser, and M&A leader.

In 2012, he co-founded Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria, a fast-casual pizza chain where he led fundraising efforts and orchestrated a merger with Firenza Pizza — growing the combined brand to 35 locations in just three years. Alongside his CFO responsibilities, Dan oversaw all technology initiatives, including the website, online ordering systems, POS implementations, mobile app development, third-party integrations, and marketing automation.

Earlier in his career, as a Telecom and Media Industry Analyst at Pyramid Research, Dan was a recognized voice in the industry — regularly quoted in press coverage, appearing on Bloomberg TV, and delivering keynote and guest presentations at mobile broadband and IoT conferences worldwide.

Dan is based in Miami, having previously lived in Boston, Austin, and Santa Barbara. He holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and an M.S. in Information Systems from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University. He also studied Spanish at the University of Salamanca in Spain.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys time with family, travel, investing, kayaking, hiking, sports, craft beer, comedy, astronomy, physics, and his dog, Latke.
